Hello! My visit to Cocle del Norte (Hola! Mi visita a Cocle del Norte)
After some trouble trying to make my website bilingual, its back up and running. There was some trouble trying to get this software to work on my Yahoo hosted server. I’ll just start posting in both English and Spanish like before, rather than try and implement bilingual software. (Gengo and Polyglot plugins for Wordpress)
Después de confrontar unos problemas con un software, tratando de tener un website en dos idiomas, decidi simplemente escribirlo en Inglés y Español a la vez. El problema radica en que el Software que uso (Wordpress con Gengo y Polyglot), trabaja con el servidor de Yahoo.
This weekend, I took a trip to Cocle del Norte on Panama’s north coast.
The little village is located at the mouth of the river Cocle 3 hours west of Colon by boat.
El fin de semana pasado, hice una gira al pueblo de Coclé del Norte ubicado en la Costa Norte de Panamá. El pueblo está ubicado a tres horas de viaje en panga de Colón.
After traveling roughly 4 hours from the village of Coclesito by outboard powered dugout canoe, we arrived at the Atlantic Ocean.
Llegamos al Atlántico después de viajar 4 horas en panga desde el pueblo de Coclesito.
We arrived just in time to witness the beautiful Caribean sunsets that are very unique in that the sun sets in the Atlantic.
Arrivamos justo a tiempo para ser testigos de un hermoso atardecer caribeño único, en el que el sol cae al océano Atlántico.
The first thing you notice about Cocle del Norte is the amount of trash on the beach. This trash flows downriver and is then washed up onto the beach by the ocean waves. Villagers then spend hours searching the beach for items that might be useful to them.
La primera cosa que notas de Coclé del Norte, es la cantidad de basura en la playa. Toda la basura baja de diferentes ríos y llega al mar donde las olas la tiran a la playa. La gente del pueblo pasan horas buscando cosas que podrían utilizar en la playa.
Even with the trash, the beaches of Cocle del Norte certainly are beautiful and very peaceful.
Aún con la basura, las playas de Coclé del Norte son muy hermosas y relajantes.

Hola,como estan…..
Me parece muy linda la parte norte de Coclé,aunque presenta un serio problema de basura.
Regularmente todo o casi todo el mundo conoce los lugares comunes de esta provincia y no imagina lo impresionante de esta área.
Me encanta mi país, será por que soy ecóloga de profesión.
